SURGICAL ONCOLOGY

Surgical oncology is a specialised field of cancer treatment that utilises surgery to treat cancer, such as breast cancer and soft tissue cancers

DIABETIC FOOT

The feet are troublesome problem areas for most diabetics. High blood sugar, attributed to diabetes, affects the blood vessels and nerves of the feet. As a result, complications may arise.

LAPAROSCOPIC PROCEDURES

Laparoscopy is a surgery designed to view organs in the abdomen and pelvis through several small incisions. Typically, laparoscopic surgery is done to treat conditions affecting the appendix and gallbladder.

HERNIA REPAIR

Hernia repair involves pushing back protruding tissue through a large incision or several small cuts. Afterwards, a surgical mesh helps hold the tissue in place, strengthening the area.

GASTROSCOPY AND COLONOSCOPY

Gastroscopy and colonoscopy are quick, minimally invasive procedures to diagnose stomach or colon cancer. A gastroscopy can help view the gullet, stomach and the entrance of the small intestine. Conversely, a colonoscopy is used to examine the rectum and large intestine.
